Heinz Construction in Painesville, OH is a privately owned company specializing in exterior remodeling. It was established in 1978. We have been in business for over 33 years and are certified by CertainTeed as a Select Shingle Roofer, allowing us to provide customers with extended warranties.

I am the owner of the company and I am not a jobber, meaning I don’t sell the work and then contract it out. I look at the potential job, measure it and send the proposal to the homeowner. If they request a meeting I will personally meet with them and go over each item.

As far as my customers are concerned, I try to guide them towards the best product for their individual needs that will fit in their budget. If their roof failed because of improper ventilation, I will not just put on another roof without addressing the issue. Likewise, I will not sell a job that would void manufacture’s warrantees. Every person works hard for their money, as I do, so I want to give the best quality work so that when I drive by that house, I am proud to say I did it.
